The services offered by BBM Abogados consist of a set of comprehensive and integrated collection services, which include, among other, the following:

 1. Extrajudicial collection

BBM Abogados tries to collect the debt through friendly contacts and negotiations. To achieve this, BBM contacts the debtor directly, demanding, on the client's behalf, full payment of the amount owed, including interests. These services include the necessary preparation of all written agreements and contracts and the effective recovery of the debt owed.

If the debtor is based outside of Spain , the fees charged by BBM Abogados will need to be negotiated separately with the appropriate correspondent or agent of BBM Abogados International Collection abroad. Fees will not exceed in any case 15% of the amount recovered and will be charged purely on a success basis, therefore incentivising a favourable end-result.

In case that extrajudicial collection fails, a flat rate of 60 Euro will be charged to close down each file.

2. Judicial collection

This option represents the initiation of legal proceedings against the debtor internationally demanding full payment of the amount owed, including interests.

As a law firm, BBM Abogados advises the client on the convenience of whether to initiate the appropriate legal proceedings, although leaving the client with the final decision, and keeping at all moments the client informed of any developments during the proceeding.

In each legal proceeding, the service tariffs will be competitively negotiated on a case by case basis.
